Cut the canopy cross tube D02-10 to length. Fitted two of the canopy gussets to the rear canopy bow. Adjusted the canopy bow to the required width at the cross tube location and drilled pilot holes into the cross tube.
I centered the canopy and made trim cuts on the right side. Attached the canopy to the right hinge to anchor as a reference. Marked the location of the right side screw holes on the aft bow. Worked from the hinge side bottom and worked my way up drilling pilot holes and adding clecos. Did the same on the right side forward bow.
Trimmed the left side as required and continue working the canopy from the top down the left rear side, pilot drilling and adding clecos. Did the same to the left forward bow.
Finally trimmed the bottom of the left side, added the trim strip and used it as a guide to drill pilot holes into the latch bar.
Still need to remove everything, sand all edges, updrill and countersink the canopy holes as required, and tap the bows for screws.
